Bought a Sony Ericsson G900 yesterday. Found out that there was no tone or notification when I receive SMSes. Brought it down to Service Centre @ Bishan. The manager was nice about it and said a simple software upgrade would suffice. After the software upgrade, the phone prompted me for a PIN. I didn't even set any PIN?! I brought it to the manager. They told me they have to do some 3 step thing tomorrow to repair the phone... WTF is right.
